remember vic bondi trying to get a band to open for what was to be the end of aof as vic was moving to boston. i remember someone, maybe dave shields wanting blatant dissent because someone in aof liked them, but for some reason they did not play so while aof's attempt to find a suitable opener was drawing near show time, i think since scotty and i were living at the big blue (now deceased) and just happened to be in a suitable band we won the gift of special guests. i must say ring 13 were great this night, or afternoon as it were, and aof all dressed in tuxedo's came out and left the stage crying as they knew it was over for them in chicago. vivica "wait for me" thanks to articles of faith vic, dave, joe, dorian, pat and virus x
